There are 2 EU Regulations which provide the basic framework for the operation of ADD/CVD. These are:

• ADD Regulation 2016/1036 (as amended) and

• CD Regulation 2016/1037 (as amended).

In addition to these Regulations, individual ADD/CVD measures are implemented by means of separate Regulations, which are published in the Official Journals of the EU at http://eur-lex.europa.eu/JOIndex.do?ihmlang=en
