Paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 19

The amounts of chargeable equity and long term liabilities and the amounts of short term chargeable liabilities should then be converted into proportions of the total chargeable equity and liabilities, expressed in percentage terms.

This is to enable the calculation in Step 5 (See BKLM154500) to be undertaken.

That is, A% of the total amount of chargeable equity and liabilities is long term and B% is short term.
