From HM Revenue & Customs · Collection of Student Loans Manual

If you are subject to the off-payroll working rules for any period during the tax year, you will need to calculate your student and postgraduate loan deductions for that period in your Self Assessment tax return.

Income and tax already paid arising from the off-payroll contract will be prepopulated. This will be shown in the employment pages of your Self Assessment return.
