From HM Revenue & Customs · Compliance Handbook

You should follow your own directorate process for delivering your activity in conjunction with the OTM standards framework.

You may be required to advise of key points in your activity and these will be updated on the OTM database. You will be advised when you need to do this as your activity progresses as each OTM will be different.

Key points may be:

  • Caseflow PID once obtained

  • Date of expected delivery

  • Issues impacting delivery dates

  • Evaluation start dates

  • Outcomes of evaluation, for example organisational learning, best practices or issues.
