COM44070 | Case records: agents: tracing an agent’s record

You can use function TRAG (Trace Agent) to find the agent ID when you know the name and/or address of an agent.

The function allows you to enter a combination of the agent’s name and the full of part address.

To refine searches you can exclude ceased, succeeded and/or historic records.

If you do not find an agent ID for the agent you are trying to trace and believe a new agent’s record is needed, send the agent’s details to the Agent Maintainer Team within the Agent Compliance Team who will set one up.
