CDSSG14400 | CDS Declaration Error Messages: Location of the Error

This part of the error message will indicate where in the declaration the error has occurred.

Example:- Declaration->GoodsShipment

Where the error code shows only Declaration->GoodsShipment this means the error is with a header level (consignment) level data element

If there is a number present, this indicates the goods item containing the error

Example:- Declaration->GoodsShipment->GovernmentAgencyGoodsItem(1)

The number in brackets indicates the goods item containing the error: in this instance it would be item 1. Multiple instances for the same error on different items could be received.
