The PN301 team have responsibility for managing the payment of all Civil Penalties.
If payment has not been made after 45 days the PN301 Team refer to Debt Management to ask them to pursue non-payment of this debt.
If Customer says they have paid, proof is required, and will be forwarded to CHIEF accounting
