This section of the DMBM, provides details of charges and duties managed by HMRC. The guidance describes the business processes for creating new charges and duties and explain whether they are supported by one of the Department’s IT systems or a manual process.
Currently this version of the DMBM covers those charges and duties supported by the SAFE and OPREC IT systems.
