Payments held in OAS are transferred to Head of Duty (HoD) systems by a variety offunctions. Some of these are functions within OAS and others are within the HoD system.The following paragraphs describe the “transfer to duty” function for eachsystem. Initially this release of the DMBM only covers transfers from OAS to SAFE.
