ECSH33901 | Post visit action: introduction

Compliance officers should complete the following post-visit action:

  • Complete and issue the notes of meeting within 10 working days of the intervention.

  • Decide how to resolve any outstanding or additional risks identified.

  • Take appropriate action to deal with any non-compliance established/identified - see ECSH34000.

  • Gather additional evidence to support a sanction - see ECSH85500.

  • (This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)

  • Keep the business regularly informed on progress. Ideally contact should be made at least every 30 days, but no more than 60 days.
