EAIG22200 | Prime assessments: withdrawal of a prime assessments

Prime assessments are only withdrawn in exceptional circumstances. To withdraw any assessment we need to be satisfied that it was fundamentally flawed. Once an assessment has been withdrawn it cannot be re-instated and so far as the law is concerned has never existed.
