The Help-to-Save technical manual is a guide to the law relating to the Help-to-Save scheme, a government scheme aimed at working families on low incomes to help them build up their savings.
This manual is presented in seven main sections. These sections are in line with the law at the time of writing. Other changes to legislation made later in the year, and any appropriate additional sections, will be incorporated at the earliest opportunity. In the interim, reference may need to be made to appropriate Statutory Instruments.
