This docket must be prepared in triplicate for each horse imported for sale. All copies must be presented to Customs and Excise with the appropriate customs import declarations.

B) Name of owner

• Address of owner

C) Name of person entering horse for sale (if different from B)

D) Value

• Amount of VAT due

E) Classification (indicate which applies)

• Foal, 'Stallion' Horse in training,

• Yearling, Barren mare, Filly out of training,

• Mare believed in foal, Colt or gelding out of training
