IPT04310 | Liability of insurance contracts: Risks outside the UK: Legal provisions

Paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 7A to the Finance Act 1994 exempts a contract of insurance:

… if it relates only to a risk which is situated outside the United Kingdom.
