IFM41270 | Administrative requirements: voluntary exit notification

From HM Revenue & Customs · Investment Funds Manual

FA22/SCH2/PARA25

A company may voluntarily exit the QAHC regime. This will trigger an end of an accounting period and will give rise to deemed market value disposals of assets within the ring fence, see IFM40450.

A company may choose its date of exit, but a voluntary exit notification must be submitted at least one day prior to the chosen exit date.
