Conditions

The conditions of registration to mark are listed in Appendix M of Notice 179.

Approved markers at duty-suspended installations, and Registered Remote Markers, must observe all of the conditions laid out in their registration certificates, the law, the supporting regulations, and any directions given by HMRC
