RM1294 | Group Leader and Inspector information: Sensitive cases

Staff must not work claims with which they are connected (RM508).

Staff authorised to work claims cases will have access to all the claims records in their own Management Unit unless you set the INSP-ONLY signal.

Decide whether to

treat sensitive cases as Inspector cases and set the INSP-ONLY signal in CZ

or

control them from the Sensitive cases establishment file (RM1322).
