RM2584 | Issuing manual payable order: Reasons for issue

There will be situations where you have to issue a manual payable order. The action you take after the hardcopy has been printed depends on the situation.

The following list states the situations and tells you which instructions to follow in each case

• the computer cannot calculate the repayment supplement due as there was a previous manual payable order or the claim includes BES relief - RM2588 - RM2604

• there is a set-off to be made - RM2608 - RM2636

• the claimant wishes to collect the payable order at the counter - RM2640 - RM2648

• the claimant’s name and/or address is too long for the fields in CZ so the file shows that all correspondence including payable orders must be issued manually - RM2640 - RM2648
