RM3004 | Introduction: How to use this section

This section is divided into three parts

• computer issued payable orders (RM3012 onwards)

• manually issued payable orders (RM3124 onwards)

• issuing a manual payable order by hand (RM3292 onwards).

Within each part there are separate instructions for each grade of officer concerned.
