When you have filed away the Release Acknowledgement and the Release List pass the papers to the Release Officer who will, where necessary

issue any manually prepared correspondence which is with the claim papers

• issue any vouchers which have been prepared for checking by another Office

• return vouchers which have been requested

• put the remaining papers for filing.
