To get payable orders typed pass the claim papers to the typist. Include the items noted in the table below.

| R30 | Use a separate form for each batch of payable orders. \nThe forms R30 will be sent with the duplicate payable orders to FAO (Payments). |
| R300 | This gives advice to the Issuing Officer on what to do when cases are passed for issue of payable orders. \nThe R300 will be returned to you when the payable orders have been issued. |
| R49 | For all repayments of more than 250,000. |
