RM3300 | How to prepare and issue payable order: Inspector duties

When the payable order has been typed all further action must be taken by an Inspector. The instructions are contained in the following paragraphs under the headings

  • Payable order duplicate (RM3304)

  • Information needed from the claimant (RM3308)

  • Issue of the payable order at the counter (RM3312)

  • Payable order is not collected (RM3316).
