RM3530 | Reviewing the claim form: How to review the claim form

When you receive the selected claims review them by taking the following steps

• make sure the claim is in time (RM3534)

• make sure the claim is on the correct form (RM1262 and RM3534 - RM3538)

• use the instructions which apply to the type of form on which the claim should be made (RM3540 onwards).
