The R37(T)

  • shows the same information as the hardcopy apart from the computation of any repayment supplement. It only shows the total supplement due

  • is always sent to the claimant. A copy of the form is also sent to any agent who is acting on the claimant’s behalf and to any nominee (no computation on R37(T)).

  • wording changes according to entries made on screen and the result of the computation. Full details of this wording are given in the tables at RM4528 and RM4532.
