A quarterly update must contain information about a relevant person’s relevant activity, as specified by the Commissioners through a formal direction (see link below)

The information which may be specified by direction includes any financial information relevant to calculating profits, losses or income of the business, including information about receipts and expenses.

The Commissioners may set different requirements for quarterly update information based on:

  • the type of relevant person or relevant activity

  • the specific quarterly update period
