SW02220 | Learning: Online Learning Packages: HMRC Business Authorising Officer

The HMRC Business Authorising Officer (BAO) has overall responsibility for co-ordinating and managing the activities of a Room.

Before an HMRC Member is allowed to carry out the role of BAO they must have successfully completed the HMRC Business Authorising Officer Online e-learning on Kallidus and obtained the Certificates of evidence for both the following packages

• HMRC Member

• HMRC Business Authorising Officer

Prospective BAOs who have not successfully completed the Online Learning must not be permitted access to Shared Workspace with the role of BAO.
