SW05510 | Organisation Membership: Membership of Organisation

A Customer Member can only be given access to the Shared Workspace service as a representative of an Organisation.

It is possible for a Customer member to represent more than one Organisation within SharedWorkspace but Customers can only represent one Organisation within a Room.

An Organisation that is using the service will have Customer Nominated Contacts (CNCs) in each of the Rooms. For CNC Roles and Responsibilities refer to SW04600

When a CNC adds a member to a Room they are automatically added as a member of the CNC’s Organisation.
