Knowledge and information is at the core of what SI does. An investigation cannot work without good information, which sometimes can just be obtained from internal systems such as SA, COTAX, and such like. At other times this information needs to be blended with data obtained from other sources such as Intelligence, other government departments or foreign fiscal authorities. We also subscribe to a variety of commercial systems; these provide us with financial, corporate, market, people and news information.
