Where para14 applies and some of the relevant partnership property is outside a disadvantaged area or some is partly in and partly outside a disadvantaged area, Para 26(5) states the disadvantaged area proportion is the proportion of the market value of the relevant property that on a just and reasonable basis is attributable to land situated in a disadvantaged area. The advantaged area proportion is to the market value of the relevant property that, on a just and reasonable basis, is attributable to land situated outside a disadvantaged area.

Para 26(5) also applies where para17 applies and the subject matter of the land transfer is a chargeable interest in relation to land that is partly in and partly outside a disadvantaged area.
