You can use Function VIEW CLAIM SUMMARY to

  • view a summary of the award history for a household, including any outstanding verification failures

  • view aspects of payment information for the household

  • view information for the tax credit periods from Current Year (CY) to CY-6

  • quickly access other functions when you need more detailed information.

Function VIEW CLAIM SUMMARY has the following screens

  • View Claim Summary - Initial

  • View Claim Summary - Award Versions

  • View Claim Summary - Payments.

‘View Claim Summary - Initial’ screen

The ‘View Claim Summary - Initial’ screen will display for pre-award or post award claims, as appropriate. Information messages will display if the claim is pre-award or isn’t fully processed.

You can access other functions on the tax credits computer from the ‘View Claim Summary - Initial’ screen by selecting the appropriate option. You’ll be able to access and view information in

  • Function VIEW AWARD

  • Function VIEW HOUSEHOLD NOTES

  • Function VIEW HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT

  • Function VIEW S17 DETAILS

  • Function VIEW APPLICATION.

You can also use the ‘View Claim Summary - Initial’ screen to access and view more specific information for the selected award by selecting

  • [Award Versions]

  • [Signals]

  • [Contact Details].

‘View Claim Summary - Award Versions’ screen

The ‘View Claim Summary - Award Versions’ screen provides summary information for the selected award version. You can access other functions on the tax credits computer from the ‘View Claim Summary - Award Versions’ screen by selecting the appropriate option. You’ll be able to access and view information in

  • Function VIEW AWARD

  • Function VIEW HOUSEHOLD NOTES

  • Function VIEW HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT

  • Function VIEW APPLICATION.

In addition to being able to access these functions from the View Claim Summary - Award Versions screen, you will also be able to go to the View Claim Summary - Payments screen by selecting [Payments].

‘View Claim Summary - Payments’ screen

The ‘View Claim Summary - Payments’ screen shows specific payment information for the selected award version. You can access other functions on the tax credits computer from the ‘View Claim Summary - Payments’ screen by selecting the appropriate option. You’ll be able to access and view information in

  • Function VIEW AWARD

  • Function VIEW HOUSEHOLD NOTES

  • Function VIEW HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT

  • Function MAINTAIN POTENTIAL ENTITLEMENT

  • Function VIEW OVERPAYMENT.

Note: Function VIEW CLAIM SUMMARY is a ‘view only’ function. You must follow the applicable guidance for any information shown within these screens - for example, guidance for what to do with Complex cases.
