To use the Standardised Messages guidance, you must

• select the task you require from TCM0154060
  Note: Where there are large numbers of messages, a list will be available on the page that will enable you to go to a specific message.

• highlight the message you require

• select ‘Edit’ from the toolbar menu

• select ‘Copy’ from the options available

• re-open Function MAINTAIN HOUSEHOLD NOTES

• left click with your mouse to enter the message
  then

• right click with your mouse and select ‘Paste’ from the options available.
