As the tape machines are mobile the venue for the opening meeting can be held in a variety of locations. However we do need to try and ensure we have a fairly quiet room which will not be interrupted. In addition a second room for breaks will usually be required for the taxpayer and his advisors to adjourn. One of the SI attendees will need to stay with the tape machine and tapes at all times.
