TTOG2230 | Case identification: type of cases: project cases

A Project can encompass a number of separate taxpayers. Where these individual taxpayers become investigation cases they will become registrations on caseflow in their own right.

A Project will need the approval of an SI Team Leader.

The Project may prove abortive. If it does it will be closed and an accessible record will be maintained. The Project may however prove worthwhile and create an expanding web of information that will help identify new areas of work.
