TTOG6115 | Case closure: general: computer entry on case closure

A case in one of SI’s main work areas (Review, Code 8, Code 9, Project) is closed when all of the risks relating to that individual are ‘finalized’ on caseflow and the relevant Team Leader’s authority has been given.

The date of closure is normally the date the closure entry is made on caseflow (not the date of the Tribunal’s determination or the settlement meeting).

Cases should remain as live computer entries for the minimum period after closure has been achieved.
