Examples of what can be classed as ‘aggregated packaging’ include:

• Cartons

• Master cases

• Pallets

• Trailers

• Shipping containers

Aggregate UIDs may be obtained from the UK ID issuer or self-generated by a business. Where aggregate UIDs are generated by a business, they must meet one of the following standards (or their latest equivalents):
