VPDS161200 | Vaping Products Duty and Vaping Duty Stamps: Scanning events: Aggregated duty stamps

From HM Revenue & Customs · Vaping Products Duty and Vaping Duty Stamps guidance

The digital codes of each individual stamp can be aggregated together into a single code that, when scanned, will update all of the codes held below it. An aggregated stamp will typically be printed onto a larger package, such as a carton or pallet.

It will not be possible or neccessary to aggregate transitional stamps.
