Email your intending claim to [email protected] including the:

• NHS body’s name

• VAT registration number

• framework

• registration number for the project

• description of the project

• planned start date of construction

• expected costs

• date of first invoice from the PSCP

• current project status

• reasons for any delay in reaching the target price

Once registered with HMRC you will receive a 5-digit reference number to be used on all future correspondence.
