Section 32 | Orders and regulations.

(1)Any power conferred by any provision of this Act to make an order or regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

(2). . ., any statutory instrument made under any power conferred by this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the House of Commons.^F1

(3)But in the case of an order under section 26H(4) which has the effect of adding to the class of activities in respect of which remote gaming duty is chargeable—^F2

(a)subsection (2) above shall not apply, and^F2

(b)the order may not be made unless a draft has been laid before and approved by resolution of the House of Commons.^F2
