Section 112 | Financial administration as to certain authorities.

(1)On and after the commencement day each authority mentioned in subsection (2) below shall make arrangements for the proper administration of its financial affairs and shall secure that one of its officers has responsibility for the administration of those affairs.

(2)The authorities are—

(a)Repealed^F1

(ab)Repealed^F2

(b)any combined fire and rescue authority.,^F3F4

(c)any economic prosperity board established under section 88 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.^F4
