Section 270AB | Date on which construction begins

For the purposes of section 270AA(1)(a), the construction of a building or structure is treated as beginning before 29 October 2018 if any contract for works to be carried out in the course of the construction of that particular building or structure (whether or not the contract also relates to the construction of other buildings or structures) is entered into before that date.^F1
