Section 270DB | Interest acquired on completion of construction

For the purposes of determining the relevant interest, a person who—F1

(a)incurs expenditure on the construction of a building or structure, andF1

(b)is entitled to an interest in the building or structure on or as a result of the completion of the construction,F1

is treated as having had that interest when the expenditure was incurred.
