Section 11 | Biodiesel

(1)In section 6AA(2) of the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 (c. 5) (excise duty on biodiesel) after paragraph (b) add—

(c)for the production of bioblend.

(2)This section shall come into force on 1st January 2005.
