Section 1061 | The registrar's functions

(1)The registrar shall continue—

(a)to perform the functions conferred on the registrar by or under the Companies Acts or any other enactment, and^F1

(b)to perform such functions on behalf of the Secretary of State, in relation to the registration of companies or other matters, as the Secretary of State may from time to time direct.
