Section 1086 | Right to copy of material on the register

(1)Any person may require a copy of any material on the register that is available for public inspection.^F1

(2)The fee for any such copy of material derived from an enhanced disclosure document (see section 1078), whether in hard copy or electronic form, must not exceed the administrative cost of providing it.^F2
