Section 256 | Associated bodies corporate

For the purposes of this Part—

(a)bodies corporate are associated if one is a subsidiary of the other or both are subsidiaries of the same body corporate, and

(b)companies are associated if one is a subsidiary of the other or both are subsidiaries of the same body corporate.
