The rights of a company under a contract authorised under—

(za)section 693A (authority for off-market purchase for the purposes of or pursuant to an employees' share scheme),^F1

(a)section 694 (authority for off-market purchase), or

(b)section 701 (authority for market purchase)

are not capable of being assigned.
