Section 790CA | References to “confirmation” etc of information

For the purposes of this Part a company has had confirmation of—F1F2

(a)a person’s status as a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company,F1F2

(b)the required particulars of a person (see section 790K), orF1F2

(c)any other information about a person,F1F2

if the person has supplied that information to the company whether or not in pursuance of any duty imposed by this Part (and references to a company obtaining confirmation of information are to be read accordingly).
