Section 790LG | Notification of someone not becoming person with significant control on incorporation ^F1F2

(1)A company must give a notice to the registrar if it knows or has cause to believe that a person named in the statement under section 12A(1)(a) as a person who would, on the company’s incorporation, become a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity did not so become.^F3

(1A)A notice under subsection (1) must state the date on which the company first knew or had cause to believe the matter mentioned in that subsection.^F4

(2)A notice under subsection (1) must be given within the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the company has the knowledge or cause to believe mentioned there.^F5
