Section 113 | Power to make further exemptions

(1)The Secretary of State may by regulations amend Schedule 11—

(a)by adding exemptions from any provision of this Part;

(b)by omitting exemptions added by regulations under paragraph (a).

(2)Regulations under this section are subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.
