Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006, regulation 1, (3)
The ‘Connexions Service’ means arrangements made by the Secretary of State with any person under any of the following:
section 114(2)(a) of the Learning and Skills Act 2000
section 10(1) of the Employment and Training Act 1973
section 114(2)(b) of the Learning and Skills Act 2000
section 10(2) of the Employment and Training Act 1973
